One minute they're tiny and curled up in your arms. The next they're sitting independently, giggling, clapping and showing you more of their little personality every day. Baby photography is a beautiful way to capture this stage before they move on to the next one.
Baby sessions take place in my natural light Torquay studio and are designed for babies around 6–12 months who are sitting independently. They're simple, relaxed and completely baby focused, with plenty of time for those little expressions and details you never want to forget.

What you need to know
Baby sessions are simple, relaxed and completely baby led. There’s no expectation for your little one to perform or smile on cue — we’ll give them plenty of time to settle in, explore and just be themselves.
Sessions take place in my natural light Torquay studio, with a small client wardrobe available if you'd like to use it. The focus is on your baby and all those little expressions, details and personality that make this stage so special.

These sessions are best once your baby is sitting independently, usually somewhere between 6–12 months. While this is recommended, it is absolutely not essential.

Simple outfits photograph beautifully. Think soft tones, knits, textures and block colours. While you absolutely can bring something of your own, I do have a baby client wardrobe that I know photographs beautifully available for use.

That’s completely fine. The aim isn't to get a gallery full of big smiles — the quieter expressions, curiosity and little details are just as much a part of your baby at this age.

Baby Sessions are designed to be just for your baby. If you'd like parents or siblings included, a Family Session is the better option.

Baby Sessions are held in my private natural light studio in Torquay, conveniently located for families from Geelong and across the Surf Coast.
